1. Coaching Services
Garth Sandiford Coaching provides life coaching sessions aimed at personal development. These services are booked through garthsandiford.com and are subject to availability.
2. Booking and Communication
By booking a session, you consent to receive appointment confirmations, reminders, and updates via text messages or email.
Communication will be managed through Go High Level to ensure timely and accurate reminders.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete contact information during the booking process.
You are responsible for attending your booked session at the agreed-upon time.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed in line with our refund policy, which can be found on our website.
5. Limitation of Liability
Garth Sandiford Coaching is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of third-party platforms like Go High Level.
Coaching services are for personal growth and are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice.
